Weight Loss Support Group
We are an informal group, our aim being to provide support for those of us wanting to shed a few pounds.
We do have a weigh-in at each meeting, but this is not obligatory, this is followed by a drink, hot or cold, and a chat about our diet during the last two weeks. Many good ideas and tips are offered.
We find the regular weigh-in enough of an incentive to stop us grazing.
We do not follow set diets or offer medical advice. We have taster sessions, exchange recipes, and have the occasional cook in.
Should you wish to join us you will be made most welcome.
We meet on the first and third Thursday morning of the month (except August) at 10.00 am
